Situated at the foothills of Mariepskop Mountain the routes follow perennial streams under a mature canopy of indigenous trees. You will enjoy riverine forest, savanna grasslands, spectacular views and an abundance of bird life, also considered a butterfly hot spot these trails are waiting to offer you an exhilarating trail experience. The race village will be set on the lush green lawns under a canopy of shady trees.
Also prepare to tantalize your taste buds at the race, courtesy of the fabulous Foothills Cafe! Between 6 and 11 am, they’ll be dishing out a scrumptious spread of open sandwiches, chilled and piping hot drinks, and ice-cold beers. The excitement continues post-race with foot golf and the option of indulging in picnic baskets. Registration
Registration will also take place on the morning of the event from 5:30 to 6:30 am. Please ensure to arrive with plenty of time to process your registration. Mad Dog Cafe and Hoedspruit Coffee Co will also be present with coffee and food available for sale.
